Maintenance Rounds
idverde provides a range of grounds maintenance services to LiveWest properties in the North Somerset and Mendip areas, including grass cutting, maintenance of planted areas, hedge and shrub maintenance, and leaf and litter clearance.
The table below shows the tasks which are carried out throughout the year.
Grass cutting will normally take place fortnightly. Hedges will be cut on a minimum of two occasions per year. We have programmed the regular scheduled cuts between November and February, then again after the bird nesting season in the summer. Additional cuts will be performed as required to maintain sight lines.

Please note: grass will not be cut when ground conditions are so wet that to do so would cause damage, or so dry as to be unnecessary.
