idverde provides a wide range of green services, including grounds maintenance, landscape creation, and advice services, to both private and public sectors across the UK.
Maintaining a pleasant living environment for The Finchley Charities' residents
idverde has been providing grounds maintenance services to Wilmot Close, Homefield Gardens and Pewterers Court since 2019 under a five-year contract.
About the contract
The Finchley Charities provide high quality sheltered accommodation across three sites in Finchley, North London.
idverde provides a range of grounds maintenance services across the Finchley Charities’ sheltered housing sites, including:
- Grass cutting
- Hedge cutting
- Herbicide application
- Litter picking
- Bin store cleaning
- Leaf clearance
- Gritting
We are also pleased to supply added value services over and above the contract specification, including twice-yearly jet washing, as well as engaging with the resident gardening clubs at each of the sites. We have also reviewed each of the sites and submitted proposals for projects that could potentially benefit local residents, as well as having a positive environmental and sustainability benefit.
The services are delivered by a dedicated Team Leader, who is supported by a seasonal colleague between April and September. The Finchley Charities is also in close proximity to idverde’s depot for its long-term contract with Camden Council, so has access to a wide range of additional services and expertise, as well as additional staff and equipment to cover any additional work or improvement projects that may be required.
