Grounds Maintenance and Capital Works Contract
The Northern Ireland Housing Executive are the largest provider of social housing in Northern Ireland and we currently deliver all grounds and tree maintenance works for them across the province. This includes working at over 5000 individual sites.

Our Role
idverde provide high quality grounds maintenance services like grass cutting, hedge cutting, seeding, shrub pruning, weeding and winter maintenance. The contract also requires idverde to treat invasive weeds using our invasive weed removal services, debris removal, litter and leaf clearance. Our colleagues complete ad hoc and reactive works along with turfing and repairs.
As part of our contract with the NI Housing Executive we also deliver Arboriculture services which include felling, pruning, crown lifting and reductions, branch removal, stump grinding along with emergency call out works and complex lifts and traffic management.
idverde provide a full design and build construction service with in-house Chartered Landscape Architects and Chartered Construction Managers, 0ur services include Fencing—timber, rigid mesh and palisade, street furniture—seats, bins, planters, allotment construction, surfacing—bituminous materials, Asphalt, SMA and bitmac, specialist resin bonded and resin bound pathways and artificial grass installation.
