Landscaping to help build a community
Stanneylands is a new community-focussed development by David Wilson Homes, located in the picturesque area of Wilmslow, Cheshire.

idverde was contracted to provide the landscaping to this flagship site, which started out as an agricultural field prior to the development.
idverde’s experienced teams installed the landscaping to the whole site, which included all plots, sales areas, and public open spaces.
Additional works included uplifts on several plots to support the sale of property, with each being bespoke for the end client, and included installing artificial turf on some plots.
Wilmslow is a very affluent area, with a number of housing developments competing locally, so it was imperative that idverde delivered the landscaping works to an extremely high specification and finish for our client. Having worked with David Wilson Homes previously, we were ideally placed to understand and deliver our client’s specific requirements, and our Regional Relationship Manager held regular meetings with the Sales Team to ensure all progress and any issues were communicated promptly.
In addition to the landscaping within the housing development, David Wilson Homes added an additional area of public open space to the front of the site, and created a brand new roundabout. idverde designed and installed the landscaping for these areas, ensuring that the sites’ frontage reflected the inside landscaping and was of equally high standard.
