Delivering a high specification landscaping scheme
Sunnyside View is Owl Homes’ latest collection of 62 homes near Walsall.
The project
idverde was tasked with creating a show home for one of Owl Homes’ flagship sites, including the street scene and neighbouring bungalow. Owl Homes’ goal was the creation of a high specification landscaping scheme which would provide year-round interest, helping to make prospective purchasers feel welcome and reinforcing the feeling of quality at the development.
The landscaping design was created in-house by our team of experts. As the scheme developed, the original design was enhanced by changing the original fencing to a contemporary panel. Mangers and hanging baskets with additional planting were also added to the neighbouring plot.
As with all show homes, time constraints were a challenge throughout the project, particularly as this project was underway during the COVID-19 crisis, making the procurement of items such as fencing difficult.
idverde was in regular contact with our client with updates about progress, and made sure a team of experienced fencers and landscapers were on site throughout the build, who were the last tradespeople to leave site each day, in order to successfully deliver this project.
